Grishina house

Designed on a site with a six-meter elevation difference, the complex consists of three multi-story buildings shaping courtyards and an attached kindergarten at different levels. White facing brick facades contrast with the surrounding gray-beige development. Vertical header brick ribs, horizontal bands, dark-accented windows, and railings form a dynamic grid, giving the complex an elegant identity.
